We run an exchange only policy, we do not offer refunds. For question write an Email with the subject ‚return‘ to info@milay.com. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. We do not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility. The return must get to us within 7 days from the date you have contacted us about your return. We will only accept items which have been unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging. We will review the item and check these requirements have been adhered to. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not follow the requirements stated. If the item is returned in its original condition, we will exchange the item and ship this out to you. If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you a Credit Note to be used within 365 days of your original purchase. Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure that you prolong the life of your item. We offer a no-warranty policy for our pieces.
